[Sticky] User Data Deletion Instructions

At Soulminate Symposium, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you decide that you no longer want to have an account with us, you can request account deletion at any time.

Please note that deleting your account will remove all data associated with your account and cannot be undone.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated personal data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to our Data Protection Officer at [[email protected]].
2. In the subject line, write "Account Deletion Request."
3. In the body of the email, provide the following details:
   • Your username
   • The email address associated with your account
4. In your email, confirm that you understand the consequences of account deletion, namely that all associated data will be permanently deleted, and this action cannot be undone.

Once we receive your request, we will send you an email to confirm that we've started the deletion process. Please note that it may take up to 30 days to delete your account and all associated data.

Please remember that this process deletes your account and personal data from our databases entirely. If you wish to use our services again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

If You Signed Up Using Facebook

If you used Facebook to sign up for Soulminate Symposium, please note that you'll also need to remove our app from your Facebook settings to completely cut off access to your Facebook data.

To do this:

1. Go to the Facebook homepage.
2. Click on the down arrow in the top right corner and select 'Settings & Privacy', then click 'Settings'.
3. From the left-hand menu, click on 'Apps and Websites'.
4. Find Soulminate Symposium on the list, check the box next to it, then click 'Remove'.

Please note that this does not delete your Soulminate Symposium account - make sure to follow the account deletion process above if you wish to delete your account.
